Quality Policy
The Quality Control Center, being component of Pakistan Standards & Quality Control Authority is committed to the continuous improvement of testing processes to achieve customers’ and regulators’ satisfaction. It is therefore our policy to:
- Consistently provide quality testing services that conform to customer and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all personnel are competent for the tasks they perform and familiarize themselves with the quality documentation and implement the policies and procedures in their work.
- Delivery of testing services with standard methods and quick test results, while maintaining an economical value to the customer.
- Comply with ISO 17025 requirements at all times to provide quality testing services and thereby ensure continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
The goal of Quality Control Center is to ensure active participation of all employees in planning and continuous improvement and sustained efforts to meet all quality service and cost objectives.
