	Charges for a development job be fixed at Rs.8000/= per job inclusive of chemical and metallographic evaluation, however per Kg melting rate for any cast metal will be in addition to these charges.	Rs. 8000/Job

NOTE: For 12,13,14,15 charges will be the same if even one sample is supplied instead of a pair.
20.	Heat Treatment.
	Carbon Steel	Rs. 85/kg
	Low Alloy Steel	Rs. 125/kg
	High Alloy Steel	Rs. 225/kg
	Non-ferrous Alloy.	Rs. 35/kg
	Special Alloy	Rs. 200/kg
	Notes for Heat Treatment:
	- Rs.200/(Two Hundred only) will be charged additionally for hardness testing regarding any heat treatment job.
	- In case of any special job the final rates will be decided after mutual discussion between the client and the final approval will be given by the D.D.G.
	- For an urgent job the charging will be at the double rates.
	- The above rates will apply to materials of certified composition specification/ grade. The client will be responsible for the composition/ specification/grade supplied by him.
21.	Complete Evaluation of the Material/Parts.
	Depending upon the nature of the job and time required to complete the same, minimum charges will be Rs.6000/=(Six Thousand only).	Rs.6000/=(Minimum)
22.	Specification Analysis.
	Depending upon the nature of the job and time required to complete the same, minimum charges will be Rs. 3000/=(Three Thousand only).	Rs. 3000/=(Minimum)
23.	Failure Analysis
	Depending upon the nature of the job and time required to complete the same, minimum charges will be Rs. 12000/=(Twelve Thousand only).	Rs. 12000/=(Minimum)
