NOTES:-
1. Testing fee per test will be Rs.500/- except where indicated or where complete testing is not required.
2. Full testing fee will be charged for samples submitted for retesting.
3. The charges will be doubled for urgent reporting.
4. The testing charges of samples not included in the above schedule will be at the discretion of the director/Incharge of the Centre.
5. The tariff will be provided at the time of submission of samples and will depend on the nature and number of tests etc.
6. The payment on account of testing fee will be accepted in advance through pay orders from authorized Bank. The Director/Incharge of the Centre could, however, permit testing of samples against bill or cash payment in rare and urgent cases.
7. The samples for testing are also provided by PSI for items under compulsory Certificate Marks Scheme and charges for these are paid by the industries from which these samples are periodically picked up by field Officers of PSI for quality control. As these industries pay marking fees also to PSQCA (through PSI), therefore the charges for these samples (received through PSI) or samples, to be tested for developing standards by PSI, are recommended at the discounted rates as shown in Annexure I. the rates for samples from organizations, other than PSI, will be normal.
